There has been <em>no lack of commitment<\/em> to engage actively in creating improvement. There has been <em>no lack of ideas<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">What has been lacking is alignment. Not on the <strong>why<\/strong> &#8211; our shared purpose &#8211; that appears to be agreed by all. We have 100% alignment that we all want a safer, higher quality more affordable system.\u00a0 We all want win-win-win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The lack of alignment has been about <strong>how<\/strong> we get there from where we are.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">So what has been really exciting is to observe the impact of just telling stories of &#8220;<em>How this win-win-win outcome was achieved.<\/em>&#8221; Real stories. Actual improvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">What was even more exciting was to observe the reactions of those who were active participants in a real exercise that demonstrates the &#8220;<em>how to do it<\/em>&#8220;, in real time and with a realistic problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The reactions were consistent &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Now I See! Win-win-win is possible!<br \/>\nNow I See! It is obvious how &#8211; when you know what to look for and what do do &#8211; when you know how!<br \/>\nNow I See! What was blocking my path before! The invisible belief barrier!<br \/>\nNow I See! What my part could be in a future win-win-win improvement story!<br \/>\nNow I See! What I can do next!<br \/>\nNow I See! That what I do is inside my circle of control!<br \/>\nNow I See! That the choice to act is mine and mine alone!<br \/>\nNow I See! How I can influence others through my options, my choices, my actions and my story!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">And now I feel even more inspired, energised, aligned and enabled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.improvementscience.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/thank_you_boing_150_wht_5547.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2950\" alt=\"thank_you_boing_150_wht_5547\" src=\"http:\/\/www.improvementscience.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/thank_you_boing_150_wht_5547.gif\" width=\"150\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a>It has been a great week!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Thank you<\/strong> everyone for giving me such a great week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has been a very exciting week.
